paypal is holding the $ because it may not clear on your end... something with your credit card.

Why they bother me with this I have no idea, i SHOULD be covered under the seller protection plan, which over a period of time I've paid them more than these ports are worth anyway...

But, whatever... just give em a call and see what you can do.
