Re: profile amps advice :D (pic included)

yeah profile will give you decent power. probably one of the top amp manufactors as far as budget amps go. the only way you can see if it will be good for your 2 W0's is try it and see how you like it

Re: profile amps advice :D (pic included)

I HIGHLY recommend profile for budget amps. They'll come very close to, if not meeting rated power.Pretty rock solid as well.I've actually gone hard on mine on a 6 hour road trip with little breaks for food, gas, and for my ears to take a break.Got **** hot but never shut down.

Also, their customer service is fantastic.Overall, they're a good company that makes nice products for a reasonable cost.

Re: profile amps advice :D (pic included)

I think those amps are excellent for the price, but in my limited experience I'd say that series is over-rated quite a bit power-wise.

I installed a 200SX for my nephew to run a comp 10. The previous amp started shutting down for no appearent reason - it was a Coustic - 50x2, 120x1 (or something close). The Profile was not nearly as loud as the coustic.

I didn't have the means to gain match them, but it wasn't hard to hear the Profile was puting out less power than the lower rated Coustic.

That being said, for $50 shipped, and a 1 year warranty I don't think there's a better option for a budget amp.

I agree, I had a two channel profile 600w as my first amp, back when they were white, I ran it at 2 ohm bridged and it never failed... got a lil hot though lol

I have that very amp, the 600msx. I really like it, especially for what i paid. I have it driving one infinity perfect 12 at 2 ohms, and it is really clean. Where did that guy get it for $50 shipped, though?
