Just $20 more than your budget. I was recommended these, but didn't find much on them online and they looked pretty cheap so I went with the PGs that people seemed to love on here. May be better for you since it is just over your price range but fits your criteria.

Also come in dual 2 ohm. What amp are you running?

the zeus would still be better for the sq and minimal power u have the brutus like at least 600 each to get off i run em on 900-1100 daily the zeus on 400-800 daily i love them in sealed boxes too they are **** fine sounding.

i actually considered 8 of the hfi 12's... but every review i read people are overloading them and popping them for cheap SPL applications... not a single review on SQ in sealed application.
and i was looking at the zeus 12's but i have 1800w @ 1ohm, so i was thinkin 3 brutus 12's at 2.66 ported...

The HFI 12 that I ran sounded like dirty muddy ****, and I cant comment on the Zeus 12's

I know those little HFI 12's would get fairly loud ported(for what they are), but sealed I once again am unsure of - I also wouldnt feed more than 300w to them, at least mine didnt like it much.

Why dont you just buy two woofers and port them with that power? You'd be just as happy/happier I assure you. Good luck.

sorry, the hfi can be had cheaper on ebay.

the hfi are very very picky subs on enclosure volume and they take 600 pretty easily sealed in 2cf gross and have great sq but it is install dependant the zeus would be a much better option tho as far as hifonics subs go
