Mp3 to AAC/WMA for Pioneer DEH 6950IB

I really need help converting my existing mp3s to a WMA or AAC format that can be read by my player.

I just received the player a week ago, and according to the specs it should read all the 3 formats.

I tried converting to aac and wma using different encoders in vain. Any help would be appreciated.

Your Pioneer deck will play MP3s burned to a cd. There is no need for a conversion. How are you burning these files to disk?

I want to convert the tracks to aac/wma in order to fit more of them on a cd.
