That's cool. Those are good alts. Phil at HO made mine out of a stock casing so it was a direct swap out. 176+ at idle and 234+ at 2k rpm. Most of the time my amp reads 14.8-15.1 with the car running of course.

well man, i know i am not gonna be out at the lancaster shows as much, but as its lookin now, i am gonna have some $$ to play around with here in a lil while. so something will be back in the car for summer for sure. i wont be up to your 49.9 class if ya pull it, but i will for sure be runnin the 39.9 class again

will see whats happens. prolly be runnin anywhere from 2.5 to 4k. but i am gonna stick with a single sub set up. but will see what happens. ill know more in a month or 2

After reading most of the ideas this si what I am leaning towards.

Outlaw Style

0-1000 – 1 amp
1001-up - unlimited amps
(4 ohm rating)

no limit on batteries or alternators.

Vehicle must have an oem solid rear deck. NO HATCHBACKS

Seats may be folded down or if they don't fold down, taken off and laid down in the vehicle per the current stock rules.

14.9 volt limit

All equipment must be in the trunk.

Factory speakers may be removed but no new cuts allowed to the rear deck.

Currently my AT. is seeing a .5ohm load. I have a 2nd set of AQ 10's with dual 1's to play with. I'm gonna try a 1 ohm load and a .5ohm load and see how well these lil guy's hold up.

Yesterday's comp I got another 146.9 @ 35Hz...but today I gained a tenth and pulled a 147 @ 35Hz (sealed up, dash)...I still need to rotate my enclosure and try and see if I gain.
