how much power can they handle?

I've had two of them to, they can handle about 1500 rms each, but not when are new, after one month I can say. Here's a vid with my old sistem , they were powered with a 2 kw lighting audio amp http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kP9le1l3ohA .

They are rated at 600 watts from Re audio. Not sure what they can handle for sure daily.

Everyone knows that there is underrated and overrated stuff out there. I used them daily on 1000 rms each, and one friend of mine on 1.5 kw each. I have no interest in speaking bull****

Which would have been a very good match esp for a daily system. The subs are rated at 600RMS for a reason, im sure that someone that knows what their doing could pump more power into them, but in the wrong hands you got a cooked woofer.

Personally, I would keep it under 1k each with these subs.
