These are the best 8's I've ever owned and I've owned alot of them. They hit VERY VERY hard, and sound good doing it. I would say 2 in a properly setup ported box could get easily into the high 130's db wise, if not louder.

I am tempted, but I don't have the money right now. I get paid at like 11 today, but I won't have the money in my account until possibly like monday. I know that sounds weird, but I am in college, and I still have one more paycheck from home.
