2004 Dodge Ram -- 2400W -- Treo

My uncle gave me a truck that his company uses since my old car took a crap on me (cracked the block). Its a work truck and there isn't much to it...at all. Looks like im going to be stuck with it for awhile so im going to throw a system in it. I just got some new equipment and it should all be ready to go in by the end of this week.

Im going to run it at 1 ohm and the amp puts out 2470W @ 1 ohm. I had to get a new dust cap put on that I ordered from TeamPSI. I also ordered a funky pup cap from Mach5 but it still hasen't came in the mail. Treo was being total douche bags and wouldn't send me a new cap. F.U. Wayne

I dont have any 1/0 but I do have lots of 4 guage so I think Im going to double up the 4 guage until the end of the month when I get paid..so I can get some 1/0.

Getting tints put in at the end of the month. Plan on going to the legal limit unless the audio shop im getting it done at will do some illigal work

Vitveet built the box for me and I should have it Thurday. Until then I can't really do much cant wait!

thanks. and yeah i have over a 1ft. of depth and about 5ft. length to work with. Plan on putting box, amp, and battey all back there. I'm not sure how a single cab truck will do on getting loud though

it will do fine. less cab area usually means easier to get loud.

Should be loud.

I had a single cab Silverado with 1 12" Soundstream SPLX Quad 1 on a PPi DCX 1000.1 @ 0.5ohm, a 180 amp alternator and 2 C&D's in the cab and it slammed.

For 1 12' it would give you a headache in about 30 seconds. And I didn't have half the space to build like you do. I had to rip my middle seat out and build an enclosure to fit from the floor to the roof, looked funky, but it didnt matter when I cranked up the stereo and blasted it, lol.

YAY tracking number says I'll have the box tomorrow! I dont think it will take long to put it all in. just need to wire the second battery and thats it

nice, i wanna pick up a dodge ram. i'm thinking 4 or 8 si bm's (if they ever come out) with 2k or 4k watts. should sound good and be loud.

i've got a 15" fi q in my extended cab dakota, its pretty loud with less than half the power you have, im sure yours is gonna pound.
