Hey man, have you ever thought about putting a loading wall in front of the subs? Just for shits and giggles, you've done all this testing and stuff. I bet the results would be interesting to see. Keep the loading wall in front of the subs and you might have a really efficient BP but who knows?

Tear down begins after Sun!

Well I finally decided to lear more about box calculations today and was kinda shocked on my findings.

Internal box volume appears to be 5.82324 Outside dimensions being 35w x 15h x 23.75 deep.

Port appears to be tuned to 40hz. which is much lower than we tested when tuning the box to the vehicle.

Interesting to say the least. lol

I had no friggin clue! I literally measured the box SPL140.2 gave me and stretched the port 3inches keeping the common chamber the same. Then I spent a day with DefJ tuning the box in the vehicle till it peeked at 47hz. Pure friggin luck mang!!!


I was wrong about the 40hz tuning though. When measuring a slot port the distance needs to be measured in the center of the port thus adding 5 more inches to the port length which comes out to 47 LMAO!!! Lil bit of Luck goes along way!!!

^^I'm really hoping that a proper tuned box with the same 10in port is gonna help. Would love to see some more efficiency from these lil monsters! lol

I think...... you should do a 6th order ;] or an 8th. build outside the box
