Ok I am doing some more research on this guy but I have got his address and cell number and there is a bunch of other people being scammed by him so here is his info.

Anyway I sent him a freshly refurbed Kicker KX2500.1. Anybody that has done business with me knows I can package a box, hell I have shipped 90 lbs subs flawlessly. RE XXX if any cares. And he was supposed to send me a TC Sounds 5200 sub, well first off he gives me a bullsh+t tracking number when I gave him the real one. He has already stated that he received the amp but said one of the sides was open but I use a crap load of tape when I ship so I know that is crap it was just a start of him scamming me then he said oh the sub came back to me, whatever it obviously never left.
So what steps should I start with? Who all know this piece of garbage? Who else has been scammed? Who lives near him?
He may believe he will pull this one off but he will stand corrected. I am 32 and a bit to old to play hide and seek with a f+ck this this a+s clown.
Anyway guide me in the right directions here or offer up any help you can offer.

I could tell something was fishy about him just by the way he talked on the internet. If it was me I wouldnt have bought from him no matter how many refs that guy had.

I see he is the only positive reference for JT1979 who is also now being labeled a scammer and they're both from FL. Sounds fishy.

yea next step would def be to call the police ive been scammed before for a set of 13w7s on here but i didnt have the information you did i was given a fake name and stuff so yea id def call the cops

i didnt know rushing someone was asking for a tracking number when i gave 4 days to get the item packed up and shipped out.and when he said he was going to ship right away,what do people expect when you promise somethin and then you drop off the face of the earth for a week
