for those that are saying that this is being brought up for the first time now, that is
incorrect.. this has been ongoing for a long time.

there is a thread on TP which has been ongoing for months where more than just a few issues have come up with the seller in this case.

there are two sides to a story always.. the seller has said his part..
the buyer/OP should come out and reply to what H&K has said..
not that much will get resolved...lol

not that anyone cares but, i recently bought subs off of h&k. here within a week. he answers his pm's quickly, and is a nice guy. and with so many dealings, do you think he would risk steady business from all of us over one transaction? $2091 or not!

Ok yeah. Imnew to the forums, and normally just browse the pics... but stumbled accross this post.

Dont know either of the guys, Seller or Buyer.. But Im gonna have to believe H&k here.

1. Wagon has been viewing the thread and hasnt posted a response.
2. H&Ks Feedback and refs is off da charts!!!
3. Over a year old(wtF?)
4. Wagon has already been called a scammer.
5. H&K has emailed all shipping info, with signed papers.
6. Wagon was fine until a little bit after the Db race rules changed.

just my 2 cents.

it was requested from a dude on the forum that the OP listed, that kent should have listed the tracking numbers and the "chicken scratch" signature. kent responded to a post after that, but never responded to that statement. kent has an excuse for every dam last bad transaction he has. if this guy was tryin to claim u didnt send them and you knew you could be out over $2000 and you had the tracking number and the record of the signature, BUT NEVER POSTED IT!!!!!!! come on now....anybody else on here that did that would get shiit from everyone, is he special or something?

this happened a while ago. if you look at the original date of the transaction. thats why he cant come up with the signature now, unless your talking about when it first started. backin 07
