seems the other guy he owes money to is also not in the U.S. whats the odds of that?? team h&k is a scammer plain and simple and now he's saying he'll get the info to prove his side when he has time?? sounds like he's just hoping everyone will forget about this and he can scam another person thats not in the U.S. just like he drug wagon on long enough that he couldn't file a PP claim. pure scum plain and simple.

My response is becuase this guys is in no way shape or form involved, As soon as I get the stuff around it will be posted as I have said, Alsp If I leave this alone until I find everything then everyone will keep calling me a scammer and that I just left and all that, I am not leaving and have nothing to hide!

I think Kent is implying that op did get the batteries=2100, and is asking for a refund of 2100..... so 2100 and 2100=4200

You're asking him to pull up info from a year ago though? Phone calls, emails, etc. The guy has his own business to run so I'd be suprised if he still has the transaction info in front of him after not hearing from this guy for that extended amount of time. I'd like to see it get resolved, but the OP has yet to convince me that he didn't recieve the batteries

thats true...but "technically" if he owns a shop and is a dealer for any of the product he sells, he isn't supposed to be selling on here anyway.

I like to think i'm friends with both H&K and Wagonized...and its totally possible someone in customs just stole them (something similar happend to Ray and Terry Brocks a couple of times with 9900s)

And Dustin was actually being pretty cool about the situation for the 4 months or so it took Kent to ship them off (paid in November and said she shipped in feb)

He claims he'd be out $4200 because he would have to send back the buyer the 2100 plus he would be out the $2100 worth of batteries that he said he sent out and that the buyer has supposedly..

Can the seller explain why it took 4 MONTHS+ to get the batteries sent out?
we are not talking about a week or two.. We are talking about 1/3 of a YEAR
And if you're going to reply with excuses about life happened, this happened and that
happened spare the explanation.. Give a concrete reason.. A VALID reason for the 4 month+ delay
