Team H&K Kent. Scammed me for $2091

I have learned two things from this thread:
Although H&K has not been proven a scammer

I would not buy from H&K
I would not sell to Wagonizer

all he has to do is call UPS and they will have records based on his name. Any normal person would have done that by now rather than be taken to court for $2000...its a 5 minute phone call that he has to make..not me otherwise I obviously would have done it.

Let me responde on alot of this now... Although time is short this morning...

First off, UPS was contacted multiple times, along with you with no response. I have info from UPS, that was emailed to the email account you gave me, and yes at one point I had a phone number that never went threw. So no replies to emails and false phone number, that doesnt help me contact you. It looks like once again I need to take a ton of time out of my life (which is crazy busy) and dig up all this stuff again and find emails that I sent and all. I dont have stuff on my desktop like you appearantly do, but there is way more to it than what your showing. If it was 50 bucks I had invested, I would tell you where to go and send it to ya, but then you would have product and money, but I am not going to get scammed myself. I will be posting stuff on here, your information will be on it and I dont care at this point. You will get to see it this way since obviously your email "doesnt work"

If you went to a shop and bought $2000 worth of equipment and never received it, would you bite the bullet bones?

the only thing H&K has going for him in this post is some of his past feedback. However lets not forget he also has a ton of negative feedback aswell..he has no proof of anything for this particular transaction and ive already proven him lieing 3 times about this transaction alone.

Everyone has good feedback until they become a scammer.

Where is my tons of negative feedback, I have a few things and everything was takin care of in an appropriate matter, they were not even as bad as your deal with Tristan.

And I would of been a "scamer" before I got all my good feedback, so how would that make sence? I dont want to rip you off, I wanted to see you use the batteries and do well with them, I have pm's asking for feedback after the batteries were shipped, I wanted to know how they helped.

yea legal action will definitely be taken. I personally dont want it to come to that, and Im sure Kent doesnt either.

Kent doesnt care, I got my proof, if thats how you want to handle it, just do that already. I will take care of it on my end, so dont threaten me with that, I am really tired of wasting my time over the last 8 months off and on digging stuff up for you cuz you want a refund? I want my batteries back! But niether will happen, So if it will be taken do it. Why waste more time sending you stuff, when I can give it to the authorities and they can take care of it. What a way to wake up, great stuff!

im talking about this situation

it was bought online
a year ago

the chances of getting $ back are very slim
with saying that suck it up as a huge loss and learn
and of course take legal action

I say all the sh!t talking stops on both sides until proof of shipment is provided. just my .02

It dont matter if u proved to him that u shipped it out.. He called u out here and i think u should let all of us(ca.com) know that u are a man of ur word and not a pulling this guys leg. I think it matters if u want some of us buying from u again.

You're asking him to pull up info from a year ago though? Phone calls, emails, etc. The guy has his own business to run so I'd be suprised if he still has the transaction info in front of him after not hearing from this guy for that extended amount of time. I'd like to see it get resolved, but the OP has yet to convince me that he didn't recieve the batteries

And yes im say that. But just proof of shipment.

Considering some of the evidence posted a few pages back i wouldnt personally buy from again until proven otherwise. but hey, thats me. Im sure others will still support him though
