Check the owner's manual to double-check, but IIRC, the Alpines don't bridge the RCA inputs internally, so if you are bridging the amp or not, you still need to input RCAs into all 4 channels, which means you will still need the Y-adapters.
So I have 1 pair of RCA cables running from my head unit to my Amp. Its an alpine mrp-f450) which is a 4 channel. In the manual, it shows that Im supposed to have Y- adapters, instead of just single line RCA's. (like this http://www.xloelectric.com/jpgs4down...ies/R2_Y_A.jpg) so the single ends are connected to my head unit. and the other 4 ends are connected to the input jacks on channel 1, 2, 3, 4. The thing is i wanna bridge my amp into 2 channels since I just want to power my front components. Do i need to buy these Y adapters now?
thanks alot guys.
